This Mental Well Being at Work online course addresses issues such early warning signs, and interventions, presenteeism and returning to work in addition to the basic principles of the importance of good mental health in the workplace and how it impacts upon business.
Mental Well Being At Work
This course addresses how poor working conditions coupled with high demands, low levels of control and a lack of meaningful support can adversely affect health and wellbeing and, in some cases, reduce the benefits of employment for some people. Managers, therefore, need to know how to create safe working conditions that support and encourage positive mental health while at the same time, being aware of, and understanding, the signs of mental ill health and knowing how to provide the right support.
